We recommend cleaning and dusting the True HEPA Filter once every two weeks and replacing the True HEPA Filter every 6 months.

Is this safe around my other pets?

Of course! We have designed the Pet Pal Purifier™ to be safe around all pets including rabbits, hamsters, and cats!

Will this keep me and my pets awake at night? Will it make the room hot?

No, it is a quiet and unnoticeable sound while it is active. The purifier does not emit heat either.

Will this work in my living room?

Yes! Although if you have a very open living room, we recommend purchasing two purifiers to ensure that your room is safely rid of dust, dander, and odor.
